While Sam’s focus is crafting structure-, acid-, and aromatic- driven wines at lower alcohol from mountainous and coastal sites, this is not the limit of his ability and experience. Working at various domaines in various appellations of California, Oregon, and France over the last 15 years, in both winemaking and viticulture, provides the ideal experience for seeing out the vision of your project.
